We are currently looking for a dedicated RN Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent work planning skills, maintain a positive demeanor, hold an RN license, and exhibit professionalism. In this role, you will offer support to the team and deliver direct clinical services to Detox Clients. Additionally, you will provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to staff members.

As a Program Manager, your responsibilities will involve:

• Providing operational direction, leadership, and clinical supervision
• Conducting employee performance evaluations
• Overseeing program operations and staff assignments
• Ensuring quality therapeutic interventions
• Managing day-to-day program activities
• Implementing personnel practices effectively
• Motivating and developing staff members
• Holding regular staff meetings for updates and training

Requirements:

• RN license; BSN preferred
• Experience with mentally ill/emotionally disturbed/chemically dependent populations
• Healthcare management background
