    Position Summary:


    Welch's is seeking a Consumer Insights professional to make a difference to the transformation happening at Welch's with an impactful Consumer Insights team.

    The Senior Manager Consumer Insights will focus on Brand and Strategic Insights driving the voice of the consumer. This role is highly visible within the Organization influencing discussions and the agenda of senior stakeholders and decision makers.

    Partnering with teams from Marketing, Innovation, R&D & Sales to develop, create and execute consumer learning plans to help the Organization progress.

    This role will be based out of our Concord, MA headquarters where you will be immersed in a growth culture where innovation thrives and collaboration is key.

    Our company in-office schedule is designed to maximize collaboration & relationship building balanced with flexibility and well-being with a hybrid schedule, including Thursdays/Friday being remote, flex days.


    What You'll Do:
    Partner and drive change with key internal stakeholders creating a more consumer obsessed environment
    Measure and outline implications for the Welch's brand and its product categories using tools like brand health tracking, panel data, and macro trends
    Work with Marketing team and agency partners to ensure consumer insights are brought to life in briefs, creative development, and throughout the entire communication process

    Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

    Cross-functional partnership and project management
    Lead custom primary and secondary research projects
    Identify macro trends and insights in support of strategic business goals
    Socialization of research

    You have the ability to manage various projects at once and prioritize what is most important for business progress
    You are a strategic, big picture thinker that does not get lost in the details of numbers, but drives actionable implications for the business

    Desire to work in an organization with a clear vision that will invest in you, develop you and want you to lead.


    What You'll Need:
    Bachelor's Degree required in related fields such as psychology, marketing, anthropology, statistics, or economics. MBA preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience that proves competence in role may be considered.
    Food and Beverage experience / industry knowledge a plus
    Minimum 7 years of experience in Consumer Insights. Experience working on both the vendor/consulting and in-house brand side is a plus
    Experience working with teams that are brand building, developing innovation, and using macro trends.
    Extreme attention to detail with strong ability to multi-task
    Ability to synthesize data from disparate sources such as primary, secondary, and syndicated
    Demonstrated experience developing data into story-driven insights that are actionable
    Strong ability to speak to insights with passion, understanding, and candor
    Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues from different backgrounds.
