- - Perform material takeoffs and technical drafting

- - Maintain project recordkeeping and correspondence
- - Enter data into the job cost system
- - Generate change orders and as-built data
- - Provide field support and supervise subcontractor operations
- Estimating:
- - Review historical data for project bids
- - Complete plan and specification reviews
- - Conduct material and quantity takeoffs
- Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field
- 0-1 years of professional experience
- Ability to travel and relocate as needed
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License
- Access all points of construction sites in various environments

Base Compensation: $81,900 - $102,102 (Actual compensation varies based on education, experience, skillset, and location).
