    Job Summary and Qualifications:

    The CNC is responsible for coordinating patient-centered care during shifts, ensuring adherence to policies, and maintaining high clinical standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in admission and discharge processes for efficient patient care.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance patient care quality and outcomes.
    • Support a patient-first approach and service recovery when needed.
    • Help improve engagement through nursing strategies and initiatives.
    • Participate in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
    • Manage staff scheduling and inventory control.

    Qualifications:

    • Must obtain required certifications within specified timeframes.
    • Registered Nurse with relevant certifications.
