    Job Description


    American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 2 years of recent CT experience and ARRT (CT) certification for a busy ER and stroke center environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Work in a fast-paced emergency department and accredited stroke center
    • Perform numerous brain perfusion exams utilizing RapidAI software for ICH
    • Night shift with steady patient volume
    • Department utilizes Epic EMR, McKesson PACS, and Clario
    • After-hours radiology readings provided by Real Radiology
    • Responsibilities include performing advanced brain perfusion and CT imaging exams for acute stroke and ER patients
    • Work collaboratively within a high-volume radiology team
    • Must be comfortable using RapidAI and general CT equipment
    • Return-to-work policies may apply for previous employees within the last 12 months

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 24 months current CT/Computed Tomography experience in a clinic or hospital setting
    • Active ARRT (CT) certification required
    • Valid Iowa radiology license required; must apply for license at acceptance if not currently licensed (license required if applicable)
    • Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required
    • Driver's license required
    • Professional reference from a supervisor or manager within the past 2 years preferred
    • Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
