Job summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support a high-impact billing modernization project integrating with legacy systems.Responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting project recordings and documentation, leading the development of user stories and wireframes for Salesforce integrations, conducting dependency tracking and ensuring alignment across technical and business stakeholders,
and collaborating with technical teams and business units to align priorities. Requirements include 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting system integrations,
proven experience working in Agile environments, strong experience writing user stories and building process flows,
and deep familiarity with Salesforce data structure or MuleSoft integration architecture.
