    Are you an experienced Customer Service Rep with the abilities to process customer orders and request in a busy warehouse enviorment? Than this may be a position for you Randstad is on the search for an experienced customer service rep who doesn't mind multi-tasking, repetitive data entry, working with both customers and internal team members while utilizing systems like QuickBooks and Excel.

    $22 - $24 per hour

    work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

    Responsibilities

    • Invoicing all outbound loads daily.
    • Controlling customer inventory pulls.
    • Entering all new orders into QuickBooks, creating sales orders, and work-orders
    • Emails to customers on Sales orders created, and any revisions that may be needed.
    • Receive all completed work-orders from warehouse and enter into QuickBooks. Adjust codes if needed, advise sales rep if any shortages, update order's.
    • Advise appropriate depts. And customers of any issues with orders. ( items not in stock or short, items needing to be ordered, specific labels, specific printing, etc. )
    • Update staff when new sales order is created, update Staff when work-order is completed, update Staff when closed out after invoicing. Adjust as needed with any changes.
    • Enter all Vendor Direct Direct Shipments, monitor orders as they get booked with trucking and confirm on ship dates for billing.
    • Assist filing Invoices with Receptionist if needed.
    • Update Purchasing on any shortages or items needed when order is created
    • Preform Administrative Assistant functions for President, COO and SVP as required.
