- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with current licensure in the State of New Jersey BSN required.
- You must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program from an accredited school of professional nursing and graduate on or before the second employment anniversary date into a nursing position.
- BSN or MSN graduates preferred.
- (Grandfathered Exemption of Educational Requirement: Hired on or before June 1, IMC. Hired on or before August 4, IMCW)
- Medical Surgical nursing experience preferred.
- One-year clinical experience in specialty area required for per diem positions, two years preferred.
- Current licensure with New Jersey State Board of Nursing as required by law.
- American Heart Association BLS required.
- American Heart Association ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
- Critical Care Course required within 6 months of hire.
- Dysrhythmia course required within 3 months of hire.
- National Certification in area of specialty preferred.
