Deposit Operations Manager
Position Summary:
The Deposit Operation Specialist must have a solid understanding of Bank products, regulations, processes, and department procedures.
Must have the ability to advise internal business partners, team members, and clients on all deposit products; providing guidance and support to new or less experienced staff.
Individual must demonstrate strong multi-tasking and cross-functional team skills, utilizing a high degree of resourcefulness, problem solving. Must display excellent written and verbal communication as well as strong decision making skills. Must have a professional attitude and friendly demeanor when interacting with all internal partners.Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
A minimum of 2 years of previous bank operations experience or related areas
Required Skills/Abilities:
Position requires a strong working comprehension of Deposit Operations activities and banking compliance
Fiserv - Cleartouch experience preferred
Knowledge and understanding of banking regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to effectively communicate with bank personnel of all levels, and bank clients
Strong analytical, organization, problem solving skills
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently, establish priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Basic Office Machine Operation Skills, Printers, Scanners, Copiers, Fax, postage machine, etc.
