    Job Summary

    The Sr. Salesforce Administrator will contribute to the ongoing development of our deployment. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the platform. This role is part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. The Sr. Salesforce Administrator will execute our CRM platform's day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement.

    Salesforce Administrator will continually collaborate with corporate IS management and resources, work to maintain a high level of customer service, and provide suggestions for process improvements.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Serve as system administrator for the environment with 900+ users

    Handle all basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, flows, and other routine tasks

    Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades

    Manage data feeds and other integrations

    Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.

    Assist in training of users and grow the skill set across the organization

    Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development teams

    Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements

    Minimum Qualifications

    Minimum two years of experience as a administrator

    Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.

    Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other complex content

    Strong understanding of best practices and functionality

    Strong data management abilities

    A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements

    Preferred Qualifications

    Admin certified

    International Medical Device industry experience

    Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer certifications

    A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion

    Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment

    Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards

    Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

    Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills

    Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

    Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes


    Education:
    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred

    Compensation :
    The anticipated range for this position is $95,000 to $110,000.

    Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience.

    Physical Requirements/Work Environment

    Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines.

    Sitting for extended periods of time.

    Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard or mouse, and to handle other computer components.

    Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.

    The work environment characteristics are normal office conditions.

    Occasional overtime may be required

    Consistent and regular attendance required

    Off-hours work may be required to support / minimize business disruption during regular business hours
