    Senior UX Designer

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UX Designer to lead our user experience design team. As a key member of our AI software solutions team, you will be responsible for shaping the user interfaces and experiences across our products.

    Your Role:

    • Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
    • Drive the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handoffs and implementations.
    • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
    • Create and maintain design systems and component libraries using Figma.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
    • Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.

    Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design across multiple platforms.
    • Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
    • Experience designing for industrial clients is highly preferred.
    • Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
    • Experience working closely with engineering teams.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance user needs and business goals.

    What We Offer:

    A competitive salary range of $110,000 - $165,000 based on factors such as geographic location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
