Additionally, you will enable the use of end-to-end processes which cross the boundaries between IT System Design and IT System Operations, in support of the Continual Service Improvement Lead to position yourself as a key contributor in fusing these departments and processes together.

As an OCM Analyst for the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES) program, you will support the business strategy that helps ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on an Organizational Change Management analyst joining our team to strengthen our execution of project process, technology implementations, and the enhancement of the delivery teams overall capabilities.

    Requirements:

    · Assist program teams in process redevelopment to support the SCITES customer.

    · Assist CSI initiatives or projects by developing process enhancement strategies.

    · Lead Enterprise Change Management efforts for both the SCITES customer, and external stakeholders.

    · Support the CSI Lead in driving culture change and advancement of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) based service delivery operations.

    · Investigate shortfalls, issues, and complaints related to current business processes.

    · Work with various leading AI/ML enabled tool vendors in the IT Operations marketplace to research and identify solution capabilities that fit the SCITES customer operational needs

    · Assist in the maintaining of a Continual Service Improvement register, that combines the process and automation improvement project efforts that align with customer driven SLA / SLO improvement objectives and overall improvement of the user experience.

    · Facilitate integrating with SCITES Operations, Engineering, and Service Delivery teams, while leveraging CTO team SMEs to present the best solutions for the customer to enhance operational delivery of IT Services.

    · Bring forward your passion for Continual Service Improvement which will advance our teams efforts and broaden our team's impact to the customer's mission.

    · Support the lead in maintaining established standards of program continuous improvement processes, incorporating enterprise performance and operational metrics.

    · Analyze and interpret highly complex data in the context of the strategic goals of the business.

    · Provide advice and support to the program's teams related to all aspects of the ITIL Continual Service Improvement process

    · Possess the ability to provide training, mentoring, and guidance to team members in newly established processes.

    · Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills that enable innovative design and technical thought leadership in a rapidly evolving business environment.

    Education:

    · Bachelor's degree with a focus in computer science, engineering, or a related field of study

    Certifications

    · ITIL v4 – required

    · IAT level II compliant certifications (i.e. Sec+) preferred.

    Experience:

    · 10 years+ of progressive technical implementation, team leadership, and customer relationship experience.

    · Experience in strategic planning, including contributing recommendations with supporting data and preparing and executing action plans.

    · Proven understanding of analyzing, evaluating, and overcoming program risks across multiple project teams.

    · Demonstrated Technical Knowledge and experience in ITIL processes or continual service improvement.

    · Hands on skills in operations processes such as incident management, request fulfillment and problem management

    · Experience working with Government/Military programs

    Security Clearance:

    · Secret required with ability to attain TS/SCI
