Job Description

As a Machine Technician (also known as Die Set Technician, Equipment Operator), you'll disassemble and reassemble die sets, operate machine tools, maintain equipment, and ensure precise measurements. You'll also smooth surfaces using various tools and verify dimensions and alignments using measuring instruments.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience disassembling and reassembling die sets.
• Knowledge of measurement processes and equipment capabilities used in order to perform repairs and adjustments to die sets.
• Functional/Technical Skills and ability for Technical Learning.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, using hands/fingers, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, hearing, and occasionally lifting and/or moving more than 50 pounds.
