- Performing outreach to community surgeons, internists, and laypersons in order to develop relationships that will generate referrals. Will work with business development liaison to create a referral strategy. Willing to make presentations and grow a new practice.

Responsibilities
This position is for a medical oncologist/hematologist with clinical and research focus as a generalist who will lead the new Foley location and also assist with Fairhope clinic at the University of South Alabama/Mitchell Cancer Institute.
Must be board certified or board eligible in medical oncology and have an interest in being a generalist.The physician will be on the faculty of the University of South Alabama at the level matching their background experience.
The candidate, with assistance of the MCI administration, must obtain an Alabama medical license, privileges at local hospitals, and be credentialed with insurance entities.
