- Develops sales of products and/or services by researching and resolving customer problems, researching and recommending vendors, recommending modification to the product/service line and coordinating sales negotiations with appropriate personnel.
- Travels regularly to communicate with customers & vendors (both existing and prospective) regarding the purchasing and sales of product.
- Provides reports and market information for sales forecasts.
- May be required to lead sales projects or other areas of customer concern.
- Confers with superior on unusual matters.

SUMMARY
Sells the company's products and/or services by interacting with major accounts developing new prospects and continuing customer relationships, while overseeing related sections of the department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Typically a Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or Economics preferred) with 6 - 9 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, & PowerPoint. Typically, Visio, SAP. or J.D. Edwards Software experience is a plus.
