    Job Description

    We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for helping families to work with us. We offer full-time and part-time career opportunities that can be done fully remotely, catering to those starting at entry level to highly experienced representatives.

    • This is a commission-based sales position, where agents can earn a 5% raise in commission every two months based on production.
    • Agents will call clients, qualify them, and set up appointments to meet with them over the phone or through Zoom to help them apply for an insurance policy.
    • A Life insurance license is required or willingness to obtain one with support from Symmetry.
    • The agent must have access to the internet and Zoom capabilities.

    Compensation:

    We provide training, support, and mentorship. Our warm lead system eliminates cold calls. Online training, events, and one-on-one mentorship are available. The average commission is around $500-$600 per application. Full-time agents typically write five or more applications per week.

    • Part-Time agents make approximately $30K-$60K+ in their first year.
    • Full-Time agents make approximately $80K-$190K+ in their first year.
    • Agency Owners, who have been working for a few years, consistently promoted every two to three months, generate a passive income of $200K-$500K+ per year.

    Results vary based on attitude, effort, and skill.
