- This opportunity would provide inpatient and outpatient services seeing a variety of hematology and oncology patients at AdventHealth Altamonte Springs
- There would also be time spent in our newly renovated outpatient clinic in Oviedo, Florida.
- The practice consists of four physicians and multiple APPs
- Infusion, Radiation and Surgical services available at AdventHealth Altamonte Springs and surrounding hospitals
- Access to multi-disciplinary clinics, research, clinical trials, (including Phase 1) and tumor boards (daily)
- The ideal candidate will have experience with practice building in a new market and seeing a variety of hem malignancies and solid tumor patients.
- Rotation of call would be shared with the other physicians in the practice including weekends
- Practice will have support of nurse navigators, social workers, chaplain support, pharmacy, nutrition etc.
- Extended network of 7 other medical oncology sites in and surrounding Orlando
- AdventHealth was ranked by US News & World among the top 50 in the nation for six medical specialties:
_CANCER_ ; diabetes and endocrinology; gastroenterology and GI surgery; neurology and neurosurgery; obstetrics and gynecology; and orthopedics. - Board certification in Internal Medicine with subspecialty certification/eligibility in Hematology and or Medical Oncology
- Experience with practice building in a new market is preferred

The AdventHealth Cancer Institute is a comprehensive program offering medical oncology, surgical oncology, radiation oncology, pediatric oncology, neuro-oncology, Gyn oncology, bone marrow transplant as well as research. Practice Description
