    The Home Health Aide role is to ensure that our residents receive daily nursing care and activities of daily living


    Shifts:
    AM & PM- Full time and Part time available

    Required Qualifications:
    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Ability to read, write, carry out directions, and work independently. * Demonstrate dependability, tact, and ability to follow instructions. * Customer service oriented. * Possesses coordination and dexterity required to provide resident care skillfully. * Ability to utilize computers and other electronic devices for tasks such as timekeeping, in-servicing and documentation. * Compliance with vaccination mandate.


    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in the long-term care setting preferred.
    • High school graduate or equivalent.
    • Reliable mode of transportation.

    Essentials:

    • Assist residents with activities of daily living.
    • Administer and/or assist with medication or treatments.
    • Document care or observations appropriately.
    • Assist with housekeeping tasks.
    • Able to serve meals to residents.
    • Immediately reports any suspected abuse or neglect per facility policy.
    • Accurately utilizes electronic systems of documentation as required per facility policy.
