The Collaborative Delivery Project Developer is integral to driving successful collaborative delivery initiatives. This role focuses on high-risk pursuits, ensuring strategic oversight and mitigative measures throughout the process. Developers will establish advantageous commercial structures that adhere to best practices while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. Utilizing a wide network of contractor relationships, the Developer will maintain and strengthen partnerships crucial for integrated project success. This position also entails creating winning strategies for collaborative delivery pursuits that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support pursuit and sales efforts, taking on complex tasks and strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate and identify client needs through a deep understanding of industry trends and services.
• Foster and identify new and existing client relationships to drive pursuit opportunities.
• Collaborate with business units and contractors to build strong relationships ensuring smooth execution.
• Work alongside senior team members on intricate sales efforts, providing support and insights.
• Engage in cross-functional teams to enhance project delivery and client relations, with opportunities to lead strategic initiatives.
• Assist in formulating and executing operational strategies for market growth and positioning.
• Develop and maintain effective collaborative delivery methodologies and robust project delivery systems.
• Conduct risk management activities to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
• Support others in complex sales and project delivery as required.
• Act as a trusted advisor to BC and client teams in developing and implementing collaborative delivery procurement strategies.
• Provide education and growth opportunities related to Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) for Client Service Teams.
• Identify and leverage client critical success factors to enhance service delivery.
• Coordinate with client service and marketing teams to maximize client satisfaction and profitability.
• Represent clients' interests within BC by coordinating with Client Service teams on projects and resource allocation.
• Maintain a detailed client opportunity database through extensive research and networking.
• Devise effective project development strategies, identifying and engaging compatible teaming partners.
• Demonstrate flexibility to take on various assignments as organizational needs evolve.

Skills and Competencies

• Proven negotiation and sales skills, capable of closing significant deals.
• Strong understanding of commercial constructs for effective teaming and execution.
• Experience in establishing collaborative delivery methodologies.
• Knowledgeable in engineering and construction delivery and risk management processes.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive market growth and positioning.
• Experience with various project delivery methods.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities effectively.
• Ability to identify and penetrate suitable new markets for BC's collaborative delivery services.

Experience

• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in infrastructure and collaborative delivery, with increasing roles in sales, strategy, or project development.

Education

• An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is necessary.

Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may vary depending upon skills, experience, and education. The range is $160,000 - $220,000.
