As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will greet staff, patients, and visitors with outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to concerns while documenting observations. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific access control procedures, visitor management practices, and other security-related post orders within a healthcare location.

Conduct regular and random foot patrols of corridors, waiting areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or security-related concerns for reporting.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or urgent requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with clinical staff and local emergency services when appropriate.

Monitor entry points, restricted areas, and sensitive spaces for unauthorized access, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations, and document observations per post requirements.

Complete detailed reports of incidents, patrol activities, and security-related observations, and communicate updates promptly to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
A guard card and/or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
