    Lockheed Martin is seeking an experience technical leader for hardware and circuit card design lead that interfaces and connects with the RF team, analog team, digital team, and programmable logic (FPGA design) team to coordinate among work among Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) and to drive mission successes
    The selected candidate will serve as the lead and the main person to drive design excellence by facilitating design reviews and processes (RF/Digital/Analog CCA) for the program and integrate the team to work closely together as designs will require compose of RF/Digital/Analog/PL Engineers to work on the same board
    The role will include the Cost Account Manager (CAM) responsibility which will require project management skills, financial, and leadership

    This person will be the main Point of Contact (POC) for program success events and pushing all CCAs into manufacturing.


    Basic Qualifications:

    • Circuit / Electronic system design experience (Schematic, layout and fabrication)
    • RF design experience.
    • Prior experience as lead circuit design engineer
    • Experience with circuit analysis with tools
    • Electronic trade analysis experience such as communication link budget, bandwidth analysis, power consumption, testability production test support)

    Desired Skills:

    • Management training and education like MBA is a plus.
    • Requirement development, testing and implementation of complex system
    • Experience in leading and managing technical team.
    • System architecture experience
    • Knowledge or experience in Design for Manufacturability and Design to Cost

    Security Clearance Statement:
    This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

    Ability to Work Remotely:
    Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

    Work Schedules:
    Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees
    Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed

    These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
