We're a senior living company that inspires purpose and joy in our residents. We're seeking a Resident Assistant to join our team who will provide direct resident care including activities of daily living (ADLs).The ideal candidate will have the ability to make appropriate observations about the resident's condition and record changes in their condition in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Assists resident with all personal care skills (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
- Makes appropriate observations about the resident's condition in every interaction.
- Records and follows-up with changes in resident's condition in a timely manner.
