We are looking for a Front Office Manager to lead and manage the front desk operations of our hotel.Responsibilities
- Led and trained front desk staff
- Process guest check-ins confirm reservations assign rooms issue room keys handle confidential guest information with integrity resolve guest complaints requests in a friendly professional manner ensure the lobby common areas clean welcoming manage cash drawer contents transactions during shifts coordinate with Housekeeping Maintenance ensure room readiness process payments cash debit credit check-outs resolving any charges generate daily reports arrivals departures special requests ensure accuracy supervise staff performance complete performance reviews assist guests directions information property local areas perform administrative duties filing updating records ensure all front desk activities bookings appointments calls emails handled efficiently complete other duties assigned li Minimum years hospitality experience Minimum years front desk experience At least year supervisory experience preferably hospitality Proficiency Windows OS company-approved spreadsheets word processing Strong verbal written communication skills Ability handle guest complaints resolve issues promptly Ability manage time effectively high-pressure situations High school diploma equivalent Regularly required walk stand use hands reach Frequently required stoop kneel crouch crawl Must able lift move pounds occasionally
