    Senior Analyst, Business Risk and Compliance

    Are you looking for an opportunity to learn the US Pharmaceuticals operations in great detail, while applying valuable analytic and business partnering skills to mitigate risks? This role will allow you to partner with key stakeholders to use your valuable insights that relate to business operations and financial, regulatory, and reputational risks.

    You will be responsible for the successful implementation of the GSK Internal Control Framework and various Compliance monitoring programs.

    The role will expose you to the contracting strategies, development, and execution with key US Pharma customers while giving you the opportunity to use your Finance background and data analytics to identify key risks within the organizations.

    Use valuable data analytics skills to identify business process risks and develop testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of controls.

    Document the results of controls testing and escalate issues to Management as needed.
    Understand the opportunity for business collaboration and new monitoring; ensuring the risk management and controls framework is adequate.
    Partner with key stakeholders to ensure emerging risks are mitigated.
    Challenge the existing ways of working and shift current thinking.
    Serve as the liaison for independent business monitoring for US Pharma contracting and channel activities.
    Provide insight, best practice, guidance, and assurance to build, test and validate the robustness of these business controls.
    Bachelor's degree
    ~3+ years' experience in Compliance, Audit, Legal, Risk Management, or Internal Controls role(s)
    ~ Experience working with data to perform analyses and risk assessments to assist in decision making

    Knowledge of pharmaceutical, channel and contracting strategies
