WorldTrips is looking for a Business Analyst who will identify, define, and document business processes and requirements to complete technology projects and changes; Ensure the high-quality delivery of new and modified processes and functionality.

This is a hybrid position located in Carmel, IN.

The Adventure Ahead

Create, build, and write business required documents.
Work alongside subject matter experts to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements.
Provide BA/PM support to gather, understand, and define business requirements.
Document resolution options, go-forward plans, specifications, functionality for training material.
Draft test strategy and coordinate User Acceptance Testing.

Skills And Experience Needed

Bachelors in computer science, Business, or related field is preferred.
Minimum of two years of relevant and progressive professional experience software application development, product management, or business systems analysis.
Experience in business analysis and quality assurance.
Working knowledge of data analysis tools, DevOps, and E-Commerce are a plus.
Effective problem-solving ability and strong analytical skills; can see underlying or hidden problems and patterns.
