    Seasonal Farmworker Laborers Crop Needed



    Job Title: Farmworker Laborer
    Company: Farming Solutions Inc.

    Hours:
    - 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 7:00am to 3:30pm

    Compensation:
    - Pay is $16.34/hour Location: Payson, Utah

    Duties:
    • Minimum 3 months of experience in apple, peach, or cherry orchards
    • Performing manual and machine tasks related to commodity production
    • Working accurately and efficiently
    • Standing for long periods, repetitive movements, and extensive walking
    • Training in USDA Gap certification standards
    • Handling of 12-foot ladders and 40 lbs. weight
    • Various orchard activities including pruning, planting, shoveling, and harvesting
    • Driving and operating harvesting equipment
    • Ability to work in diverse weather conditions
    • Following job requirements and problem-solving
    • Keeping property and housing clean
