Leverage Truist Sales Process, Financial Insights and Industry & Advisory team to deliver a differentiated client experience in all client prospect COI interactions Execute on prospecting activities to grow new commercial banking households Understand contribute credit decisioning process including analysis interpretation financial statements credit structuring underwriting requirements policy knowledge risk identification mitigation all in accordance with Truist credit risk appetite Focus driving continual improvement portfolio revenue growth new production revenue Proactively contact clients fully develop commercial banking relationships executing Integrated Relationship Management IRM principles Monitor maintain update sales activity pipeline pertinent information using Banks CRM system Execute operational quality expectations related assigned client portfolio The job requires identifying soliciting developing managing servicing retaining growing long-term profitable commercial relationships for clients with $5MM to $75MM annual sales Offer full range of loan deposit fee-based services existing prospective commercial clients Refer business personal financial needs assigned clients through appropriate channel according to Integrated Relationship Management IRM Levels I – III should be differentiated based years commercial banking experience portfolio size overall potential role per leadership discretion Essential duties include leveraging Truist Sales Process Financial Insights and Industry & Advisory team consistently delivering a differentiated client experience in interactions Managing servicing growing an assigned book of commercial banking clients Executing on prospecting activities to grow new commerical banking households Understanding contributing the credit decisioning process including analysis interpretation financial statements policy knowledge risk identication mitigation Based on industry standards salary ranges for similar roles we estimate that Commercial Banker IIIs can make around $150000 - $250000 annually depending location company performance level.
