    Key Responsibilities:
    - Manage existing client relationships
    - Explore new B2B opportunities
    - Supervise team performance and outcomes
    - Train and support incoming team members on established systems
    - Daily reporting of field activities via Salesforce-based CRM
    - Daily emphasis on recruitment, training, and leadership advancement

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    - Strong supervisory and leadership proficiencies
