The Assistant Vice President Operations will oversee all operational functions for Technology group, including field services management, profit/loss review, and technology implementation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain security systems backups accurate system data for properties clients.
- Bid development leveling projects maintain strategic partnerships direct Tech schedule Director Field Services participate vendor contractor interviews selection management Engineering team Divisional Vice President Operations conduct product research evaluation testing Engineering ensure quality control best practices standards recruit interview hire quarterly written personnel reviews Tech members purview lead weekly team meetings bi-weekly one-on-one briefings each team member coordinate project kick-off meetings develop project documentation manage services maintenance performed professional timely manner service contracts oversee installation maintenance ongoing work service contracts manage Angus/MRI work orders daily basis assigning tickets monitoring incoming tickets ticket status ensuring completion timely costs assigned etc maintain open communication clients needs met exceeded meet relationships property management teams Tech team members review building layouts equipment locations systems information Tech team be aware projects maintenance service break-fix trends issues requests clients status conduct bi-annual visits serviced properties identify evaluate gaps in serviccoverage participate custom integrations proof concepts develop training certification plan/schedule Tech team members test new equipment development programs maintain best-in-class service systems clients review Riser Forms oversee IPBB management
