Job Summary

The Associate Technology Operations Professional is part of a team responsible for the ongoing support of all associate technologies both store and corporate business applications including cloud-based solutions and both package and custom solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as technical support SME for all associate-facing technologies Execute refine and champion service delivery and operating procedures identify areas of improvement to streamline support and enhance FCR Document publish and review knowledge articles to account for all support activities ensuring all team members can understand and resolve or triage all issues Provide excellent customer service to the teams customers Maintain upgrade deploy and install applications application changes in compliance with software development life cycle procedures Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the assigned applications include providing tier 1 tier-2 application support systems responsibility log track issues resolution perform analysis issues either resolve escalate identify workarounds necessary communicate & coordinate vendor-support teams internal IT staff Participate planning implementation testing package software upgrades configurations available package software features functions Organize prioritize tasks established timeline follow-up ensure appropriate completion Analyze supported systems determine performance health metrics maintain those levels make recommendations enhance system operations validate systems are future-use ready Provide knowledge transfer within team share best practices with members quality efficiency customer support contribute knowledge base Partner other IT teams issue resolution business updates needed Identify recommend improvement applications-support processes Utilize analytical problem-solving skills investigate document resolve application timely courteous manner Complete root cause analysis lessons learned activities required Ensure production changes made accordance lifecycle methodology risk guidelines Assist day one technology standpoint seamless Essential Functions Ability work little no supervision Ability work on-prem Monday-Friday Ability handle multiple applications Ability be on-call when-required Qualifications years related-work experience Basic database knowledge SQL querying Experience Microsoft Windows OS Experience MS Office O365 video-conferencing Experience MDM mobile-device deployment Experience upgrading-software packages planning do that Experience troubleshooting supporting-business-applications Exposure standard-support-frameworks Development-software
