Job summary
The Construction Project Director will perform site surveys and coordinate permitting, estimating inspections along with ordering of materials and coordinating with several departments on various projects.
Responsibilities include project proposals performing site survey to obtain knowledge of site's layout equipment condition etc., ordering of materials for projects assuring they have arrived reviewing complete scope of work drawings with those involved on the project in the field permitting scheduling attending site inspections coordinating internally externally with project managers construction managers service managers various departments for project scheduling follow-up equipment orders ensuring proper resolution to project.
- Proficient computer software applications required.
