- Carry out financial and operational audits following established auditing standards
- Generate financial statements, reports, and other audit outputs
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Collaborate effectively within a team
- Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues
- Identify and propose enhancements to processes
- Nurture strong client relationships
- Complete administrative tasks related to projects
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- Preferably possess a CPA certification
- Have 3-5 years of experience in Public Accounting audits
- Prior involvement in audit engagements
- Bonus points for non-profit and affordable housing industry experience
- Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Be well-organized and detail-oriented
- Possess excellent computer skills
- Work 55-60 hours per week from January to March
- Enjoy 4-day, 32-hour work weeks from Memorial Day to the end of September
- Receive bonuses based on discretion
