Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Accounting Manager to join our team.

The Accounting Manager will oversee all aspects of financial accounting and reporting, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Statutory Accounting Principles.

This role is crucial to maintaining the financial health and integrity of our organization.


Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, with a focus on compliance with GAAP and Statutory accounting principles.

Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of financial statements and reconciliation of accounts.
Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support business initiatives.
Lead and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Coordinate audits and examinations by external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Stay informed about changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends, and communicate potential impacts to senior management.


Work Schedule:
