We are currently hiring a Leader, Data Platforms who will be responsible for driving capability enablement on our strategic data technologies, such as Google Cloud and Collibra. This role will report to the Director, Data Solutions & Governance and will require close collaboration with the Data & Analytics Enterprise Architect, Director, Artificial Intelligence, and Director, Analytics & Enablement.

This is a Remote position.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of engineers and DevSecOps professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive project and operational success.
Collaborate with the Data & Analytics Enterprise Architect, Director, Artificial Intelligence, and Director, Analytics & Enablement to define and execute the data platform strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall data and analytics vision.
Lead the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our strategic data platforms, including Google Cloud and Collibra.
Drive capability enablement efforts, ensuring effective utilization and adoption of the data platforms within the organization.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their data and analytics requirements and effectively translate them into actionable plans and solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data platform technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Ensure compliance with data governance policies, standards, and procedures, working closely with the Director, Data Solutions & Governance.
Monitor and establish performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness and efficiency of the data platforms, and make recommendations for improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Science. A Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in data platform leadership roles, preferably in a large-scale, enterprise environment.
Strong experience with strategic data technologies, such as Google Cloud and Collibra.
Proven track record in driving capability enablement and adoption of data platforms.
Solid understanding of data governance principles and practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with and influence cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership and people management abilities, with a focus on creating a positive and high-performing team culture.

Base Pay Range: $142,000 to $189,000.

Additional Compensation: Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan.
