    • Board certification with credentials such as PA-C, or PAL (MPAS certification is a valuable bonus)
    • A minimum of one year of prior experience in Dermatology (whether in general, cosmetic, surgical, or wound care)
    • A strong collaborative spirit to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
    • The capability to provide essential medical oversight for the clinical care delivered to patients
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to foster effective patient-provider interactions
