St. Ann Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, in Dover, NH is a 54-bed facility offering short and long-term care in a warm and supportive atmosphere where residents are cared for according to their individual needs. We are proud to be a part of Catholic Charities New Hampshire's continuum of care.

    We are looking for a Full time and Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. Work schedule is every other weekend.

    Job Responsibilities;

    · Warmly acknowledge and greet visitors, guests, residents and vendors, etc.

    · Answer multi-line telephone system, determine nature of call and forward caller to appropriate individual or department

    · Maintain current file/listing of residents by name and room number

    · Receive requests from within the facility and locate personnel through paging system

    · Give directions/information to visitors, guests, residents, vendors, etc.

    · Sort, distribute, and route incoming mail to appropriate residents, departments and/or personnel

    · Responsible for Resident Trust Account administration; record daily funds received for deposit

    · Maintain cash box for gift shop, meal tickets, etc.

    · Ensure office supplies have been replenished in work areas as directed and report equipment/supply needs; place orders for office supplies as needed

    · Follow all established safety procedures and precautions when operating office equipment and report equipment malfunctions or breakdowns

    · Provide administrative support to management team; perform administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor

    Requirements:

    · High School Diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

    · At least one year's experience working in a customer service related field preferred

    · Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)

    · Must be organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
