    We are seeking an Accountant to oversee and handle all financial transactions, including regular payments, variable expenses, banking deposits, and budget management.

    Seeking strong Cost , Managerial Accounting and General Ledger experience. Conducts general cost accounting and related tasks for the organization.
    ~Prepares monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
    ~Manages the general ledger.
    ~Codes invoices, establishes new accounts, reconciles accounts, and concludes monthly financial records.
    ~Ensures monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, validates deposits, and handles bank inquiries.
    ~Reconciles various financial accounts, such as cash disbursement, payroll, customer accounts, and manages accounts receivable collections.
    ~Validates and processes invoices linked to accounts payable, ensuring proper account allocation for payments.
    ~Provides support to external auditors by gathering the necessary account data and documentation for the annual audit.
    ~Submits tax forms to federal, state, and local government entities.
    ~Collaborates with software vendors to maintain accounting software systems and recommends updates for software enhancement.
    ~Keeps current with accepted accounting practices and procedures.
    ~Proficiency in general financial accounting and cost accounting.
    ~Knowledge of and adherence to generally accepted accounting principles.
    ~Competence in accurately preparing tax reports.
    ~Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software, as well as accounting software.

    A Bachelor's degree in accounting.
