- Support test rig hardware and documentation of current systems and processes
- Support TPM, test process improvements, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Troubleshoot test rigs
- Develop trouble shooting guidelines
- Create upgrade plan for obsolete components
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field (Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Engineering)
- Strong understanding of test rig hardware, processes and some working knowledge of the manufacturing engineering environment
- LabVIEW programming experience is a plus
- Experience in testing rotating machinery and air bearings is a plus (electro mechanical)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Commitment to delivering on objectives and meeting targets with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and organized
- Good communication skills to provide timely, appropriate and useful information to others
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of urgency
- 90% onsite in Windsor Locks, CT
- Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work
- Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures
- Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early
- Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM
- Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer location
