    Position Overview

    The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the leadership team on a spectrum of daily operations and administrative tasks. This individual will oversee daily operations of office timelines, deadlines, site documentation, site contacts, and coordinating activities of the leadership team.

    This is a part-time role with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. Remote work is required with office visits for training and meetings as needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Coordinate and communicate with outside vendors and contractors
    • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments of leadership team
    • Participate in the execution of marketing and capital campaigns
    • Participate in pre-construction activities to review and plan for materials, safety, labor, equipment, and other issues on upcoming projects
    • Construction project administration (Purchase Order Processing, Document Management, Filing, Permitting, Managing general correspondence between the job site and office)
    • Other administrative duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
    • Experience in using Asana or equivalent project management software
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
