    Our client continues to grow and expand in the Front Range area, and they have an immediate opening for an Abatement Project Manager.

    This individual's primary responsibilities include execution of multiple projects at any given time, managing field staff to maintain proper job scope and quality, oversite and scheduling of all assigned abatement projects, including but not limited to, labor vendor selection, material tracking, field staff daily scheduling, budgeting, training, and quality assurance. This individual is also responsible for working closely with occupants, property owners, and insurance adjusters throughout the process to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and communication.

    Responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to:

    • Initial contact with customer to take pictures, measurements, and explain the process to the customer, and preparing together accurate estimates in a timely manner.
    • Responsible for overall management of one or more projects at a time to ensure projects meet budget as well as scope of work completed meets Colorado Regulation 8 guidelines.
    • Responsible for ensuring that all projects are OSHA compliant. Ensuring that safety training is current for the field staff and that safety meetings are being performed daily.
    • Communicate with Client for them to understand the abatement processes for the day-to-day scope of work.
    • Analyze the scope of work to accept or reject based on actual conditions.
    • Responsible for communicating to client and insurance companies on scope and getting approval from insurance companies.
    • Implement sales processes and procedures to win jobs
    • Manage, support, and assist field staff to accomplish abatement successfully and in a timely manner.
    • Responsible for team time management on projects and ensuring field staff is utilizing their time properly when on projects in order to meet budget.
    • Prepare reports, documentations and other job activity paperwork for every project assigned.
    • Create and maintain project material and equipment inventories for proper job costing.
    • Act as a liaison with Clients, Insurance Adjusters, Subs, and in-house personnel.
    • Follow and enforce all policies/procedures/regulations as dictated by the company, State and Federal entities.
    • If a responsibility or task needs to be completed, fill-in as needed depending on priority.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work
    • Knowledge of Colorado Regulation 8
    • Knowledge of industry policies and procedures
    • Ability to maintain controlled authority
    • Excellent communication, both verbally and written
    • Sales experience
    • Have high standards of professional conduct with clients, subs, and in-house.
    • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
    • Multitasking and time-management skills are necessary, with the ability to prioritize.
    • Team player, positive attitude, driven
    • Proficient in Xactimate estimating for abatement projects.

    Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday business hours 8:00 – 5:00, evenings and weekends on rare occasions if needed for project support.

    Compensation: $60,000+ annually, depending on experience. Performance bonuses available.

    Benefits include paid holidays and paid time off. Health insurance and retirement benefits available after 60 days.
