    California Correctional Health Care Services

    Job Description and Duties

    • Supervise and train staff and inmate-workers in meal preparation
    • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
    • Oversee kitchen sanitation and safety

    Experience and Education:
    1 year of experience as Cook Specialist II OR 2 years of supervisory experience with completion of twelfth grade

    Working Conditions:
    Travel required
