Job summary

The HR Coordinator is a human resources role that provides front-line service-oriented support to all employees.
Key Responsibilities include serving as a first point of contact for HR and payroll inquiries via shared inbox phone and/or ticketing system triage documenting and responding to routine HR and payroll questions escalating complex or sensitive matters appropriately sending reminders for timecard completion reviewing timecards on a weekly basis entering pay job and other demographic changes into Paycom for timely payroll entry maintaining accurate employee pay data supporting audits and reconciliations providing accurate HR policy guidance maintaining confidential employee records assisting with benefits leave tracking I-9 processing compliance applying policies consistently identifying trends suggesting process improvements classification non-exempt full-time FLSA status non-exempt schedule standard business hours with flexibility during peak cycles required qualifications associate's or bachelor's degree in hr business accounting or related field 2-4 years of related experience strong attention to detail communication skills preferred qualifications education experience exposure to hris or payroll systems interest in hr certification key competencies customer service mindset organizational skills accuracy confidentiality.
