SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide effective management skills for an Early Childhood age level population
* Communicate with various stakeholders
* Write student progress reports
* Adapt teaching methods to meet student needs
* Collaborate with parents and community members
* Prepare and implement daily lessons
* Share skills to enhance school program
* Attend parent conferences and IEP meetings
* Develop instructional plans and materials
* Meet individual student learning styles
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Commitment to student success
* Teaching experience in public or private schools
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* Experience with diverse children and families
* Degree in early childhood education or related field
