    We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the Americas region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing regional marketing plans, with a strong focus on local business needs and global marketing strategies.

    About the Job

    The Regional Marketing Manager will report directly to the Americas VP and will be responsible for developing and executing a robust marketing plan, focused on regional business growth, brand awareness, and sales strategy alignment.

    This role requires excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and across various teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-driven, and able to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Developing and effectively executing the regional marketing plan, aligned with global marketing strategies and business objectives.
    • Collaborating with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies support commercial goals.
    • Managing social media presence, creating engaging content, and overseeing direct mail campaigns for the regional audience.
    • Coordinating case studies, gathering insights from internal teams and customers.
    • Planning and managing regional exhibitions, trade shows, and events to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
    • Tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance, providing data-driven insights.
    • Preparing regular reports on key performance metrics, campaign ROI, and recommendations for optimization.
    • Maintaining regional marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI on marketing spend.
    • Aligning with the global marketing team, maintaining brand consistency, and sharing best practices.
    • SUPPORTING LEAD GENERATION EFFORTS BY ALIGNING MARKETING ACTIVITIES WITH SALES OBJECTIVES.
    • Conducting market research to understand regional customer needs and competitive landscape.
    • Championing brand positioning and messaging within the region.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
    • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including regional roles supporting various countries.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Experience with omni-channel marketing.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
    • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in event planning.
    • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global organization.
