    Title: Member Services Representative - AACU Home Equity Center

    Location: Fort Worth, TX (100% Onsite)

    Duration: 3+ months contract (Possible extension/ conversion)

    Worksite Address: 14050 FAA Blvd Fort Worth TX 76155

    Description:

    Responsible for reviewing home equity loan requests and assisting American Airlines Credit Union members with closing their loan.

    Responsibilities

    • Handle file set-up for home equity loans which includes providing appropriate disclosures to members, speaking with members about their loan terms, and reviewing the loan for closing
    • Perform daily review on the Home Equity pipeline
    • Process Closing Docs for home equity loans
    • Process Property Condition Reports for Home Equity Loans
    • Process Verification of Employment for Home Equity Loan applicants
    • Perform booking of home equity loans
    • Input home equity loan data into daily Excel spreadsheets
    • Perform other duties as assigned
    • The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED (required)
    • Minimum of 2 years of previous experience, preferably in a credit union environment (required)
    • Experience in mortgage lending (required)
    • Previous customer service experience (required)
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) gained through either work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software
    • Knowledge of Loan Link and Episys System (preferred)
    • Ability to exercise excellent member and customer service skills
    • Skilled in above average interpersonal and communication skills and professional telephone manners
    • Ability to perform basic math calculations and analyze data
    • Ability to perform in a fast paced environment, handle multiple tasks and function as an integral part of a team in a diverse environment
    • Ability to interact professionally with all employees and members
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt well to change
    • Ability to self-motivate with strong organization skills and capacity for attention to detail
    • Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish is a plus
    • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels both verbally and written
    • Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines
    • Ability to maintain satisfactory performance and attendance
    • Ability to pass applicable American Airlines and Credit Union pre-hire compliance checks
