    Job Summary

    At Transforce, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service 7 days a week. Our drivers are responsible for daily deliveries to surrounding areas in major cities such as New York City, Boston, Maine, and Washington DC.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver products based on assigned routes, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer needs.
    • Adhere to customer service delivery standards, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
    • Count and record products accurately during loading and delivery, maintaining high levels of attention to detail.
    • Interact with supervisors, customers, and other stakeholders to address service needs, emergencies, or concerns.
    • Credit slips will be handed to customers when applicable, and cash collected as necessary.
    • Maintain accurate trip records and complete related paperwork, adhering to English language requirements.

    Job Requirements

    • A minimum of 6 months' experience driving box trucks or an entry-level driver certificate for new truck drivers.
    • No more than 4 points on your driver's license within the last 36 months.
    • No more than 2 suspensions on your driver's license within the last 36 months.
    • No DWI/DUI convictions.
    • A pre-employment physical aptitude test must be passed prior to hire.

    Our drivers frequently lift, push, or move products weighing up to 100 pounds, making it essential to have a good level of physical fitness.
