Position Overview:
As the Technology Manager, you will be at the forefront of our technology efforts, taking ownership of key projects and initiatives that drive our business forward.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, develop technical solutions, and deliver results that exceed expectations.
Your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and passion for innovation will be instrumental in shaping the future of technology at 970 Insurance.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions that address business challenges and opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop technical specifications.
Take a hands-on approach to coding, testing, and debugging software applications and systems.
Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of technology solutions through effective design and architecture.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime and disruption.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, standards, and regulations related to technology management and data protection.
Requirements
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in software development or technical leadership roles, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Passion for technology and a drive to stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving industry.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; preferred.
