    Job Summary: The Customer Care Admin is responsible for providing support to the Customer Care team.

    Schedule: 7:30am - 4:00pm M-F

    • Print job notes, old art proofs and art sheets and complete green sheets for remote Customer Care, and turn in to PrePress department.
    • Move job tickets to preplanning and move job tickets to Final Planning for remote Customer Care (and print schedules)
    • Pull archives
    • Receive color match samples from customer and coordinate with PrePress and Press.
    • Ship out art proofs, ink drawdowns, test cards, and samples.
    • Print data packets for remote Customer Care and turn in to Jackie.
    • Other duties as assigned by manager.
    Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Computer literate
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and has a strong sense of urgency
    • Detail-oriented
    • Good time management skills
    • Work well independently and within a team
    • Customer focused
