    We look forward to hearing from youPosition SummaryProvides support regarding the reporting of financial results, including monthly journals, intercompany transactions, financial statements and analysis, annual and quarterly Corporate reporting.

    Position ResponsibilitiesCompiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as receivables, payables, and the general ledger. Distributes expenditures, encumbrances, receipts, and receivables according to schedules.

    Analyzes financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position for managers.

    Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits.
    Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
    Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
    Makes recommendations regarding the accounting of reserves, assets, and expenditures. Conducts studies and submits recommendations for improving the organization's accounting operation.
    Assists in collecting appropriate data and in preparing audit information, internal control procedures & policies, and tax returns.
    Analyzes Inventory accounts, and provide necessary journals and analytics on Inventory including Cost Accounting Report.
    Reviews various processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation, and supports the implementation of those enhancements.
    Drafts policies and procedures for general accounting functions.
    Routinely interfaces with other departments to ensure proper accounting for transactions and communication of applicable policies and procedures.

    Compensation Range $58,119 - $79,914The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Fox reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
