    WHO we're looking for:

    We are looking for a Product Manager IV - Data who will be responsible for ramping up quickly to not only understand where every service's critical data resides but also how the different systems interact with each other. You will be responsible for creating synergies and consistency of reporting among different services and managing, analyzing, and performing the data reporting function.

    The main function of a product manager is to maximize sales, revenue, market share and profit margins by leading a team to deliver an end product. The typical product manager guides the delivery of a product through its life cycle.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
    • Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
    • Author user stories, acceptance criteria and execute a portion of the testing on projects.
    • Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
    • Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team.

    Required Experience and Education:

    • 10+years experience required.
    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
    • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
    • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
    • Data Analytics
    • Strong Understanding of various data management and reporting tools (Tableau or similar tools) with the ability to build/modify and create data management tools with a big data set.
    • System Architect and Software Development

    • Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.

    • Ability to work independently and manage one's time.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include ability to distinguish the nature of objects by using the eye. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.

    Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
